Panel Discussion – Leadership & the future workplace

Building bridges between the future workplace environment and the leadership role in the 21st century

In today’s landscape, the thought of how our future workplace will look like poses questions about the readiness of employers to lead through the new format and adapt their training to successfully overcome any skill gaps we might encounter.

A central question about the future is whether formal and informal learning structures will evolve to meet the changing needs of people who wish to fulfill the workplace expectations of the future.

During our panel discussion, we will debate whether the leadership role will change and how will the future workplace affect the traditional organizational function.

Brave enough for Fermented Herring Tasting?

At the Disgusting Food Museum | Friday 16:00-17:00 | 40 €

A classic! People in the north love herring. It’s eaten during all the important holidays; Christmas, easter, midsummer, you name it! Pickled herring will always be served. The fermented type of herring however is both seen as an exotic treat and a punishment. Therefor it deserves a spot at both the Disgusting Food Museum and our list of optional activities. Who is brave enough for this one? An extra drink ticket will be promised to each participant.

Mead tasting

At Taproom | Friday 14:00-16:00 | 40 €

Mead is the true Viking beverage. It is usually made on honey and water and is sometimes called honey wine. It is sometimes compared with beer, but to be honest beer has nothing on this Viking gold.
